- Milk - one and a half glasses;
- Baking powder - one teaspoon.;
- Salt;
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
First, mix the baking powder, salt, and flour. Then, peel and mash the bananas, place them in a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, sugar, cinnamon, and an egg. Beat well and mix. Next, combine the two mixtures and slowly pour in the warm milk. After mixing everything again, fry the pancakes in a frying pan with oil for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
No-bake pancakes
