It turns out that healthy eaters aren't such ascetics after all—they can easily indulge in fitness desserts, enjoying sweets not only without any harm, but also with maximum benefit.

Many fitness recipes feature cottage cheese as a base. This is unsurprising: a better source of calcium is hard to find. Fresh fruits, berries, and vegetables are also widely used. Dried fruits, such as dried apricots and prunes, are also popular. Bran and oatmeal are often used as flour substitutes. In short, the ingredients for the future dessert are simple and exceptionally healthy.

We've intentionally selected only recipes in this section that don't require any special additives, such as protein powder or the erythritol-based sweetener Fit Parad. So, anyone interested in fitness desserts can easily create them at home using the most common ingredients.

Curd-curd cake

Dietary cottage cheese dessert

All fitness recipes are quite simple – this amazing cake is proof of that. And it's exactly that: cottage cheese-curd cake, no typos there. The reason will become clear from the description below.

For the base you will need:

  • cottage cheese – 300 g (fat-free);
  • cocoa – 2 tbsp;
  • bran – 6 tbsp.

You will need to put the following into the filling:

  • cottage cheese – 400 g (also low-fat);
  • 4 egg whites;
  • 1 whole egg;
  • sugar or any substitute - to taste.

The cake is prepared like this:

  1. All cottage cheese baking recipes recommend baking at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Our dessert is no exception. Therefore, it's best to preheat the oven beforehand.
  2. To make the dough, mix all the base ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Separately, prepare the filling by combining all the ingredients.
  3. Next, take a springform pan, line it with parchment paper, and pour half of the prepared dough into the bottom. Fill the center with the filling and finish shaping the cake with the remaining crumb topping.
  4. Place the cake in the oven for 45 minutes. After baking, allow it to cool completely without removing it from the pan. Only then can the "Cottage Cheese Square" cake be served.

Oatmeal cookies without flour and sugar

Oatmeal cookies without flour and sugar

All healthy recipes recommend oatmeal. These unusual cookies will help you combine health and flavor. To make them, you'll need:

  • a glass of oatmeal;
  • ½ cup bran;
  • ½ cup kefir (or a little less);
  • 5-6 pieces of prunes (dried apricots) and candied fruits;
  • 1.5 tbsp. honey;
  • zest of 1 lemon.

The cookies are prepared like this:

  1. Blend all ingredients except kefir. Then gradually begin to whisk in the kefir. Be careful not to overdo it: stop when the dough reaches a consistency you can mold into cookies.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the future cookies on it and bake them for 40 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees.

Curd candies

Curd candies

Candy is also a dessert. Dieters often use recipes for various fitness candies. One of them is a light curd treat reminiscent of the famous Raffaello candies. The ingredient ratio is as follows:

  • 250 g cottage cheese (low-fat);
  • 3 tsp fructose (or brown sugar);
  • 40 g coconut flakes.

First, thoroughly mix the cottage cheese, sugar, and 3 teaspoons of coconut. Then, using a teaspoon, scoop the mixture into the palm of your hand and form it into balls. Immediately roll the balls in coconut and place them on a serving plate. Refrigerate the finished dessert for 15 minutes before serving.

As you can see, healthy recipes can be more than just healthy. Enjoy your tea with these unusual and delicious fitness desserts!
