There is always a way out. And in this case, dietary desserts are an excellent solution. What's in them? Often, the dessert is based on ingredients low in sugar, flour, and fat. Fresh berries and fruits are excellent. Dried fruits such as prunes, raisins, and, of course, dried apricots also work well.

Mix the yogurt, raspberries, and gelatin in a blender. Place the mixture in bowls and refrigerate. This mousse has excellent dietary properties.

  • Blend the cherries and dates until smooth. Combine with the almonds.

  • After a couple of hours, you can safely cut the resulting dietary creation into rectangles.

Don't be surprised that the word "cake" has appeared in our dietary vocabulary. We know the secret to dessert, after all. Let's indulge ourselves, but in a way that's beneficial for our figure, so we can look at our photos with pride. Shall we get started?

Compound: The recipe includes 200 ml of 35% fat cream, 500 ml of natural (fruit) yogurt, 100 g of crumbly biscuits, 2 tablespoons of gelatin, and a little water.

Preparation:

  • Gelatin should be poured with a small amount of water and left to swell.
  • Heat in a water bath until completely dissolved and remove from heat.
  • In a mixer, beat the cream, then carefully fold in the yogurt.
  • Gradually pour in warm (not hot) gelatin.
  • Pour the resulting mass into a mold, preferably a transparent one.
