  • skim milk - 250 ml
  • liquid cottage cheese 0% - 240 g

  • lemon - 1/2

  • vanilla extract

Heat half the milk in a saucepan and dissolve half the gelatin in it. Once it's completely dissolved, stir in the cottage cheese.

Rinse the lemon, remove the zest, and squeeze out the juice. Add all of this to the milk-curd mixture. Add half of the powdered sugar substitute and half of the vanilla. Beat the mixture with a mixer and let it cool. The mixture should thicken, but not set completely. After cooling, beat everything again and pour the cold mixture into molds.
