Orange cheesecake

Scald one orange with boiling water and grate it. Beat three eggs with half a kilogram of soft cottage cheese and two packages of Philadelphia cheese. Add the orange, three tablespoons of starch, sugar substitute, and vanilla. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and grease the sides with oil, preferably olive oil. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven (preheated to 175 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes.

Strain the spices and add 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese. Stir and divide among the bowls. Cool. Serve Dukan cream chilled.

Chocolate spread

Beat two egg yolks, add one tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese, three teaspoons of cocoa, 2-5 tablespoons of dry milk, and sugar substitute (dissolve 10 tablets in a spoon of water). Beat with a mixer. Serve chilled.

Dukan Berry Sorbet

Grind 100 grams of strawberries and 100 grams of red currants in a meat grinder. Dissolve a sheet of gelatin in 20 ml of water. Add one teaspoon of sweetener and gelatin to the berry juice. Pour into bowls. Freeze for at least two hours. Incidentally, many friends share sorbet recipes as an excellent way to "deliciously lose weight," as these desserts are completely calorie-free.
