There are countless recipes for orange desserts. But no matter how much they're talked about, there's always one that no one has made yet. To prepare a delicious orange dessert, you don’t need a lot of skill or effort. We offer you three interesting recipes that are perfect for any holiday.

Dish in orange peel

For dessert you will need:

  • oranges (4 pcs.);
  • 40 grams of butter;
  • a glass of heavy cream (at least 30%);
  • 100 grams of strawberries (canned or fresh);
  • flour (two tablespoons).

Orange dessert 2

This orange dessert is incredibly airy. To make it, follow these steps.

  1. Wash the oranges thoroughly and cut them into halves.
  2. Using a knife, carefully scoop out the flesh from the halves. It's important to keep the peel intact, as this is what we'll use later as the container for the dish.
  3. Place the fruit pulp in a blender and blend thoroughly. The result should be a thick, pulp-containing juice.
  4. Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan.
  5. Add flour to the butter and mix well. Do not let the flour brown!
  6. Pour orange juice into the mixture in a thin stream.
  7. Stir the cream, heating it over low heat until it becomes thick.
  8. When the cream has cooled, pour it into natural molds made from the peels and place in the refrigerator to cool.
  9. Whip the cream. You can do this by hand with a whisk, but a mixer will do the job faster.
  10. When the cream has hardened, pile the cream on top and decorate with strawberries.

This orange dessert won't last long!

Winter and oranges

Orange dessert 3

This is another orange dessert. It truly brings winter to mind with its unique creamy flavor and citrus aroma. It's a delight to eat in the heat. So, let's get started. You'll need:

  • sour cream (1 cup);
  • sugar (1 cup);
  • three oranges;
  • gelatin (two tablespoons);
  • a little vanillin.

Recipe:

  1. Pour a glass of boiled water (70-90 degrees Celsius) over the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolves completely.
  2. Separately beat the sour cream with sugar and add a little vanilla to taste.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatin to the sour cream mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cut the oranges in half and carefully scoop out the pulp with a knife, being careful not to damage the peel. The edges of the future "molds" can be cut into flower shapes.
  5. Pour the sour cream and gelatin mixture into them and put them in the refrigerator until they harden.
  6. When the jelly has set, decorate the top with chopped fruit pulp and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  3. Place the egg mixture over low heat.
  4. When the mixture is hot, add the coffee. When it starts bubbling, remove from heat.
