Mango is a popular exotic fruit that's perfect for desserts. It's used to make cakes, ice cream, pies, and other delights—a wide variety of creations. Mango dessert will be both a tasty and healthy treat.We will describe here several popular and relatively simple recipes.

Ricotta Parfait with Mango and Lime

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes;
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar;
  • Half a tablespoon of grated lemon zest;
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice;
  • 1.5 cups ricotta cheese.

Mango parfait

Peel and seed the mango and cut it into small cubes. Place the chopped fruit in a bowl, add granulated sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Mix everything together and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then, place it in bowls previously filled with whipped cream cheese.

It's ready, our dessert is ready to be served.

Thai Mango Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 75 g mango;
  • 45 g mango puree;
  • 50 g coconut milk;
  • 60 g condensed milk;
  • 20 g butter;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 150 g wheat flour;
  • 30 ml olive oil;
  • 50 ml of water.

Mango dessert

Cooking time takes on average 75 minutes.

We mix our dough from flour, water, milk and salt, wrap it in film and leave it for 1 hour at room temperature, form 4 balls from the dough.

Dice the fruit and mix with the puree and egg. Then roll out two balls of dough and stack them one on top of the other. Prepare a clean surface, then place the crepe on it and roll it out until it becomes translucent.

Heat the pan, pour in the olive oil, place the crepe on top, and fill it with half the fruit mixture. Fry for 1 minute over medium heat. Then, fold the crepe over, flip, and fry the other side. Add the butter and fry each side for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining two dough balls.

Cut the finished pancake into large cubes and top with condensed milk. Serve.

Pineapple-mango pie

Pineapple-mango pie

Ingredients:

  • 90 g butter;
  • 100 g granulated sugar;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 100 g wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • One pinch of salt;
  • 125 ml milk;
  • One pinch of vanilla sugar;
  • 70 g canes. Sahara;
  • 1.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar;
  • 150 g pineapple;
  • 150 g mango.

It will take about 30 minutes to prepare a mango dessert.

Melt 1/3 of the butter over medium heat, then add the cane sugar and vinegar. Heat the syrup, stirring constantly, to dissolve the sugar. Pour a small amount of the mixture into a greased pan. Dice the fruit, place it in the pan, and pour the prepared sauce over it.

Take a clean bowl and mix the following ingredients in it: flour, salt, baking powder and one pinch of vanilla sugar.

In another deep bowl, soften and beat the remaining butter with 80 g of granulated sugar. Add the yolk and mix. Pour in 1/2 of the milk and 1/2 of the flour, whisking after each addition. Repeat with the remaining milk and flour.

Using whisks, beat the egg whites with a tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form. Fold the mixture into the batter. Stir the batter, then pour it over the fruit.

Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. You can use a toothpick to check if the dough is ready. Let the cake cool slightly, then carefully invert it onto a serving plate. Our pineapple and mango dessert is ready to serve.

Mango sorbet

Mango sorbet

To prepare you will need:

  • 200 ml of water;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 2 mangoes;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 2 egg whites.

The dessert takes just 15 minutes to make. First, pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil. The sugar needs to dissolve. Boil for a few minutes, then remove from heat. The syrup is ready.

Puree the mango until smooth, then pass it through a sieve. Mix the puree with the syrup and add the lemon juice. Then add the egg whites, stir, and transfer to a container.

Without covering, place the sorbet in the freezer, stirring occasionally to break up the ice.
