Content
On a hot summer day, a cool milkshake is a perfect treat—a treat that, along with regular ice cream and milk, can contain various fillings. Among the many recipes for preparing similar delicacies, the ice cream and banana cocktail stands out for its particularly delicate taste and nutritional value. Regular milk and ice cream, when combined, create a unique flavor, richness, and refreshment. Tropical fruits added to the milk dessert add delicate exotic notes to the aroma.
Every homemaker knows their way around a milky soft drink, but by using various fillings and additives, you can create your own unique recipe, boasting a unique and piquant flavor. Milk desserts with added fruits and berries have always been particularly popular. This popularity stems not so much from the drink's seasonality as from the harmonious combination of dairy ingredients with natural fruits and berries.
Let's make a milk dessert with banana.
It turns out that the familiar banana not only has a wonderful and delicate flavor, but is also a healthy and nutritious fruit. Since its free availability in stores, many dishes have appeared in the culinary world that include bananas—a sweet and delicious, exotic fruit. Thanks to their delicate flesh and aroma, bananas can impart a unique and delicate flavor to any dish. Milkshakes containing bananas are no exception. On a hot day, a cold and delicious dessert with the flavor and aroma of this tropical fruit is a true delight.
This milk dessert with bananas will appeal to both adults and children. Ice cream and milk are already a nutritious food, but adding bananas significantly increases the dessert's calorie content. This makes it a popular addition to many women's diets, making it a delicious and easy-to-make treat.
To make a cool dessert at home using milk, ice cream and fruit, we will need:
- milk - 500 ml;
- ice cream - 200 g;
- bananas - 2 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - a tablespoon;
- cocoa powder - 2 teaspoons;
- vanilla sugar – 3-5 g.
The main ingredients for our dessert are milk and ice cream. Plombir (a natural, creamy ice cream without additives or fillers) works best. The fruit should be as ripe as possible, with juicy flesh. Otherwise, the drink will contain large chunks of flesh, making it difficult to drink. The required volume of the cocktail can be increased by proportionally increasing the main ingredients and fruit.
Once you have prepared all the necessary ingredients and have a mixer or blender on hand, you can safely begin.
Place the ice cream and milk in a bowl and add the finely chopped fruit. The smaller the fruit pieces, the better the mixing effect and the less time it will take to blend. While blending, add sugar, cocoa, and vanilla, adjusting the amount to your taste. The cocoa may add a brownish tint, but the end result should be a fragrant, sweet, slightly yellowish liquid.
If you're not using store-bought milk, but homemade, you'll need to prepare it first. Bring the milk to a boil, but don't let it boil, and then let it cool.
Pour the whipped mixture into tall glasses or tumblers, leaving room for the milk foam. If desired, add cinnamon or a few drops of lime juice, and garnish the glasses with mint leaves or orange slices.
Bon appetit!
