- 4 tablespoons chocolate muesli
- 15 g chopped pistachios
- raspberry
- mint
For the puree:
- 280 g berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 60 g brown or white sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
These granola cups with Greek yogurt, raspberries and pistachios are perfect for a hearty and light breakfast or Sunday lunch.
The recipe is very simple and features a blend of special ingredients: two layers of creamy Greek yogurt alternate with chocolate-dipped granola, topped with a delicious berry sauce (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries). The dessert is garnished with fresh raspberries and crunchy pistachio crumbles.
Simmer the berries in a saucepan for two minutes.
Add lemon juice and sugar, stir and cook until it begins to thicken.
Mash the berries. Pass the resulting puree through a sieve.
Spread the berry puree over the bottom of four glasses. Cool.
Mix the Greek yogurt well and divide the first 350 grams so that it covers the berry layer.
Add a tablespoon of muesli to each portion.
Spread the remaining 350g of Greek yogurt as the final layer, using a pastry bag if necessary.
Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint, and chopped pistachios. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve with agave syrup or honey.
