Cottage cheese dessert with banana - simple and delicious
Content
The banana is rightfully considered one of the most ancient crops—the first mentions of it date back to the 6th century BC. For a long time, people ate only the plant's carbohydrate-rich rhizomes, which they used to make flour and bake bread. Humans discovered the fruit a little later, and it was then that the triumphant march of the "yellow crescent of the tropics" began across countries and continents.
The "banana boom" in our country occurred in the mid-20th century. Since then, this fruit has been a frequent guest on our tables, and for good reason. Along with their exotic flavor, bananas possess a wealth of beneficial properties. They contain a whole host of vitamins and minerals essential for our bodies.
Thanks to its high content of vitamin B6, which helps produce the "joy hormone" serotonin, psychologists have dubbed bananas the safest antidepressant. Want to stay in a great mood all day? Eat a banana for breakfast, and you're guaranteed to get a boost of energy! Or you can even go a step further and make something delicious with this fruit.
