How to make chocolate and cherry muffins
- First, mix the eggs and sugar. Use a regular fork or a whisk.
- Pour melted and then cooled butter into the resulting substance.
- Add room-temperature drinking yogurt to the mixture. Recommended fat content: 1.5%.
- Sift flour thoroughly into a separate container.
- In the same bowl, add baking powder and salt.
- Then, add the vanilla to the bowl with the other ingredients. If you're using vanilla sugar, add it to the liquid egg mixture.
- Mix the dry ingredients, then sift the cocoa into the same container.
- Now the egg part of the dough should be combined with the dry part and everything should be thoroughly mixed until smooth.
- Place the prepared batter into a preheated muffin tin or silicone muffin cups. Place one cherry in each muffin.
- Baking time in a muffin maker is approximately 20 minutes. In a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, bake for 20-25 minutes.
