Cooking Features
Cooking begins with preheating the oven to 1800Once you've decided on the number of servings, prepare the baking pans. Grease each pan with sunflower oil and dust it lightly with flour. You can use parchment paper for this purpose.
A cake recipe requires careful attention to the dough. The quality of the dough determines the taste of the resulting culinary delight. To do this, place the cottage cheese, half a cup of sugar, softened butter, and an egg in a separate bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
Now it's time to add the flour, which we pour in small portions into the container with the mixture. Add vanilla sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon, and begin beating the dough with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. The recipe specifies specific preparation steps for the filling, in addition to the dough itself.
If you don't have baking powder, you can use baking soda dissolved in vinegar. To prevent the berry filling from settling to the bottom of the batter, sprinkle the blueberries with flour to make them airy. Blueberry muffins should all be uniform in texture, so be sure to thoroughly mix the batter when adding the berries.
Divide the dough into the molds, using portions that fill one-third of the mold's size. Place the molds on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for half an hour. After 30 minutes, your surprise will be ready, and you can delight your guests with delicious and aromatic cakes.
