- chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- carrot puree (for babies) - 1 jar
- cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
So, first, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, combine half the sugar and the egg yolks in a deep bowl or saucepan. Add the softened butter to the yolk mixture. Whisk the mixture until it rises slightly. Sift the flour and, as recommended in the recipe, mix it with the baking powder. Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix until there are no lumps. The dough may be too thick, but don't worry; after you fold in the egg whites, it will reach the perfect consistency.
Beat the chilled egg whites with the remaining sugar using a mixer until stiff peaks form. This process will take about 10 minutes. Then, using a silicone spatula, very carefully and smoothly fold the beaten egg whites into the batter. Divide the mixture in half.
