For the cream
- Cottage cheese – 300 g
- Stevia – 10 g
- Date pekmez – 5 g

Step 1
Combine 5 egg whites and 2 yolks with kefir in a bowl.

Step 2
Add baking soda, vanilla and salt. Stir.

Step 3
Combine the dry flour and cocoa. Fold them into the egg mixture, adding them a little at a time.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Place the first part in a wide baking pan.

Microwave the pan for 3 minutes. Once the time is up, remove the finished cakes from the pan. Bake 2 more cakes in the same manner.
