  • Milk – 250 ml.
  • Flour - 400-420 gr.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Recipe:

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter and broken chocolate bar in the microwave or on the stove.
  3. Separately mix flour, baking powder, sugar, finely broken chocolate (dark) and cocoa.
  4. Beat the eggs until they form a soft foam, then, with the mixer running at low speed, gradually add the chocolate-butter mixture.
  5. Once the mixture is well mixed, add milk and mix a little more.
  6. Then, as the recipe recommends, gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir until smooth. Even if some lumps remain, this won't affect the quality of the cupcakes.
  7. Divide the batter into the muffin tins and bake the chocolate muffins for 20 minutes. Don't forget to check them five minutes before they're done. A toothpick should come out clean, with no traces of batter, after inserting it into the muffin.

Now all that's left to do is take these gorgeous chocolate muffins out of the oven, let them cool a bit, snap a photo of your creations, and enjoy these cocoa-rich cupcakes. The recipe is super simple, and it'll only take you about an hour to make these delicious treats.

But what about those who, due to circumstances, can't consume dairy products and eggs? There's a solution—you can make chocolate muffins without these ingredients, and they'll taste just like regular chocolate muffins, just like the photo shows. Instead of chocolate, which may also contain milk or other milk-based ingredients, we'll add cocoa powder and replace the butter with vegetable oil. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 300 gr.
  • Sugar – 200 gr.
  • Vegetable oil (odorless, rapeseed oil is ideal, but sunflower oil will do) – 5 tablespoons.
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoons.
  • Hot boiled water – 220-270 ml.
  • Cocoa powder (unsweetened) – 4 tablespoons.

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Prepare the molds by greasing them with vegetable oil or inserting disposable paper liners.
  2. Sift the flour and mix it thoroughly with sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  3. Add vegetable oil and hot water to the resulting dry mixture and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. The mixture may be too thick. If this happens, simply add a little more water.
  4. Now transfer the batter into the molds and bake for 15-20 minutes. Don't forget to check for doneness five minutes before the end of baking. Test your future chocolate muffins the same way as in the previous recipe—using a toothpick. It should come out clean, with no batter stuck to it, after inserting it into the muffin.

These chocolate cocoa muffins are ready! Take a photo and enjoy your freshly baked goods! This recipe is perfect for those with egg and dairy allergies, as well as for those fasting.

And finally, here's a recipe for those who love chocolate muffins with a soft, almost liquid center.

  • Egg yolks – 5 pcs.
  • Dark chocolate (at least 65% cocoa) – 250 g.

Recipe for making dessert:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the molds with butter.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a double boiler and set aside to cool.
  3. Separately, beat the eggs and yolks until soft peaks form. Gradually pour in the chocolate-butter mixture, which has cooled to room temperature.
  4. Mix flour, powdered sugar, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add the resulting mixture to the liquid mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour the resulting dough into molds and place in the oven for 8 minutes.

After this, take out the chocolate muffins and, after letting them cool slightly and taking a photo, serve. By the way, to make chocolate muffins with this filling look more impressive in photos, you can break them with a spoon to let some of the filling leak out. We're sure this recipe, like the others, will be a hit with you and your loved ones!
