A fluffy traditional cake
This delicious and beautiful sour cream cake is very quick and easy to make, and it can be beautifully decorated, transforming it into a true work of art. The recipe is easy, and a photo of the finished dish can be seen below.
So, to prepare we need:
- A glass of sour cream 20-30% fat
- A glass of sugar
- Three medium chicken eggs
- Two glasses of flour
- Ripper bag up to 15 g.
- Dried fruits to taste
The traditional recipe calls for cherries or raisins as dried fruit, but any berries you like will do. If you're looking for something truly unique, you can even use candied fruit.
First, beat the eggs with a mixer until a fairly thick mixture forms, gradually adding sugar until the mixture doubles in volume. Once all the sugar has been incorporated, beat for another 5 minutes. Then, add the sour cream to the bowl and beat again. Meanwhile, combine the baking powder and sifted wheat flour. Pour the flour into the beaten mixture and mix thoroughly (preferably with a wooden spatula, but a silicone spatula will do). Once the mixture is smooth, add the dried fruit and mix gently.
Preheat oven to 180ABOUT, and grease the pan with vegetable oil (or butter). Place the dough in the pan, smooth the surface, and bake for 40-45 minutes. You can check for doneness with a wooden skewer. This sour cream cake is very tender and delicious.
By the way, it needs to be cooled before serving. You can decorate the dessert with powdered sugar and fresh cherries or other berries. The only limit is your imagination!
Moist cake with sour cream and butter
For those who love moist baked goods, we've prepared a delicious cake with sour cream and butter (or margarine). This recipe makes a delicious and moist dessert; a photo is included below. The recipe doesn't call for any fillings, but it's up to the baker: you can add raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, and more. Here are the ingredients:
- 200 g butter or good margarine
- 200 g of delicious sour cream
- A glass of sugar
- Two glasses of flour
- Two medium chicken eggs
- Two medium apples
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda, quenched
- Salt
First, you need to melt the butter. This can be done in a double boiler, a microwave, or simply in a frying pan. Just be sure it doesn't start to brown, otherwise it won't be very tasty. Then let it cool slightly to prevent the eggs from curdling.
Beat the eggs with a mixer, gradually adding sugar until thick and fluffy. Beat for about five minutes. Next, add the butter and sour cream to the egg mixture, beating well again. Add the baking soda. Add the sifted flour and mix well with a mixer. This recipe also calls for the addition of apples, which should be grated on a coarse grater. Place them in the dough and mix. Place the resulting dough in a greased pan and then in a preheated oven. Bake at 180°C.ABOUT, cooking time 40-45 minutes. The sour cream and butter cake is ready.
