  5. Let's prepare the crumble topping. Rub the sugar, flour, and butter together with your hands.
  6. Place the dough into small molds, filling them 1/3 full and sprinkling with crumbs.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.

  1. Beat softened butter with granulated sugar.
  2. Then add room temperature eggs (to prevent the butter from separating). Beat.
  3. Sift the flour and add it to the dough. Add the baking soda.
  4. Peel the apples and cut them in half. Cut each half into thin slices, but not all the way through (so they stay together).
  5. Place the dough in a regular rectangular pan and place the apples on top.
  6. Bake the apple cake until halfway done. Then take it out and pour the apples with liqueur. Bake until done.

  • Baking powder – 1.5 tsp.
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp.
  • Cloves - powder - 0.5 tsp.
  • Raisins - 100 g

Cooking instructions:

  1. Sift the wheat flour with the spices, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, whole-wheat flour, and oats.
  2. Beat the eggs until they break down, then add the milk and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth. Then add the puree and chopped apples.
  3. Mix the flour mixture and apple mixture.
  4. Smooth the thick dough into the pan and bake for about an hour at 180 ͦ
