  • 500 g of first-grade wheat flour
  • A little orange zest, lemon will do too
  • Powdered sugar

Melt the butter and let it cool. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until white and fluffy. Pour the cooled butter into the egg mixture in a thin stream. Add the sour cream and mix well. Add the raisins and nuts. Next, combine the flour and baking powder and add to the dough. Mix well and pour into a floured pan.
