  • green apples - 4 pcs
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1.5 tsp
  • powdered sugar

Muffins are traditionally made using a special method of mixing ingredients. The dough recipe is as follows: mix flour, baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together in a deep bowl; beat the eggs, milk, sunflower oil, and honey with a mixer.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix with a spoon. Finely grate 2 apples and add them to the batter. Then, using a pastry bag or a regular spoon, pipe the batter into the muffin cups. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon. The recipe is also simple. Combine the sifted flour, half the sugar, baking powder, zest, and cinnamon in a deep bowl. Separately, in a deep, dry bowl, beat the eggs, gradually whisking in the cream. Melt the butter and add it to the cream and egg mixture. Combine all ingredients together, adding the grated apples.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, bring to a boil, and simmer with sugar for 15 minutes. Press the batter into the prepared muffin cups, placing a few pumpkin pieces inside each muffin. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
