The muffin recipe is quite simple. This is precisely why this dessert has become so common not only on cafe and restaurant menus, but also in the kitchens of many home cooks. Muffins with condensed milk – an excellent dessert for evening tea at home, and also a good addition to the sweet table.

With a delicious filling

First, we'll share a recipe for cupcakes with condensed milk filling. For these, you'll need:

  • 400 g flour;
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • 300 g boiled condensed milk;
  • 200 ml milk;
  • 50 g sugar.
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • 50 ml vegetable oil;

Muffins with condensed milk

Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder and mix. Then pour in the milk and vegetable oil, then add the egg. Mix again and add the flour. Mix again. You should get a runny batter. Next, take your molds. These can be either a solid mold with wells or individual silicone molds. Whatever you use, grease them with butter. Then pour the batter into the molds. Based on the size of the mold, pour enough to fill about ¼ of its volume. Next, take your condensed milk and place about half a teaspoon of it on top of the batter in each mold. Pour more batter on top. The molds should be a little more than half full. Since they rise a lot during baking, if you fill them too much, the baked goods will simply spill over the edge, resulting in an unsightly dessert. Place the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes. You can tell if they're done by inserting a wooden stick, such as a toothpick: if the dough doesn't stick to it, your culinary masterpiece is ready. That's it: as you can see, the muffin recipe is truly simple, and muffins with boiled condensed milk are quite easy to make at home. Before showing off your muffins, you can make them even more beautiful: for example, decorate them with grated chocolate, icing, or powdered sugar.

Dough with added condensed milk

Muffins with condensed milk

Another delicious recipe for this dessert is muffins made with condensed milk. The dough made with this ingredient turns out very tender and delicious. For these, you'll need:

  • 200 g flour;
  • 350 g of condensed milk "Iriska";
  • 50 g of any nuts;
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

So, let's get started: crack the eggs into a deep bowl; don't separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the eggs for about five minutes. Then add the sour cream and condensed milk, and whisk again, still using the whisk. Mix the flour with the baking powder in another bowl and add it to the liquid mixture. Mix thoroughly. The batter should be semi-liquid, but not like pancake batter. Ideally, its consistency will be similar to good sour cream.

Next, we take our muffin tins. Again, the recipe isn't strict here—we bake in whatever tins we have. But first, we grease any tins with vegetable oil and pour in the batter. This recipe, like the previous one, requires a significant rise in the muffins, so don't fill the tins to the brim. Sprinkle the muffins with crushed nuts. That's it: place them in the oven, which we preheat to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit), and bake for 25 minutes. Your condensed milk muffins are ready!

If you want to make your condensed milk muffins even more delicious and beautiful, make some frosting. We're happy to share the recipe with you. Here's what you'll need:

  • 200 g butter;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 1 can of condensed milk.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften. Beat it with a mixer together with the condensed milk. Then add the sour cream and beat again. Refrigerate the cream for an hour. Then place it in a pastry bag and decorate the muffins. The beauty of this cream is that you can use either boiled or regular condensed milk.

As you can see, making them at home is incredibly easy and absolutely anyone can do it! Cook with us, and enjoy!
