- Carefully whisk in the semolina in a thin stream, adding a pinch of vanilla and salt. Rinse the raisins and steep them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, then drain in a colander and add to the mixture.
- Fill silicone molds with the resulting mixture and bake in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750 W.
- Without opening the oven, let the pudding sit for 10 minutes, then microwave for another 2 minutes. Serve with chocolate sauce.
