- Sift the wheat flour into a sieve and add it to the banana mixture. Then add sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking powder. Knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it out and use cookie cutters or a stencil to create the cookie faces and ears. You can use a stencil to create the faces, and make the ears yourself.
- Turn the oven on to 150-200OLine a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the prepared cookie cutters on it. Poke small holes in the cookies with a toothpick and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to burn them.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool. Then, melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler and shape the monkey's face. Create the outlines of the eyes, lips, nose, and ears. You can use two types of chocolate or fondant.

You can also make small cupcakes in the shape of monkeys - see the recipe.
Another variation of the recipe
This recipe is slightly different from the previous one, but it's no different in taste. For the dough, you'll need:
- Eggs 4 pcs.;
- Butter 150 grams;
- Wheat flour - one and a half cups;
- 200 grams of milk;
- Sugar 1 cup;
- Vanillin;
- Several types of chocolate for decoration.
Making the cookies is just as easy. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, add one cup of sugar and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Add 200 grams of milk and mix again. Turn the stove to low heat and pour the mixture onto it. Stir constantly until smooth, similar to the consistency of sour cream. Then set it aside to cool.
Grate the butter on a coarse grater, then add the flour. Stir until the mixture forms smooth, greasy crumbs. Pour in the cooled egg mixture and knead the mixture into a soft dough. To prevent the dough from becoming too sticky, add more flour.
Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes. Once cool, roll it out to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. Use a stencil to cut out the "faces" and ears.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookies on it. Bake in the oven at 200OFrom, until blush appears.
Once the cookies are ready, let them cool. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and carefully decorate the cookies. Once the chocolate has set, the dessert is ready to serve.
