Sift the flour and vanilla through a sieve and add to the dough along with the baking powder.

The cake layer is baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes until set. After cooling, it should be cut in half. The cream will be poured between the halves. To make it, beat together butter, condensed milk, and chocolate. Before spreading the cream, soak the cake layer in syrup. This syrup is made from freshly brewed black coffee, sugar, and cognac.

  • 250 grams of butter,
  • nuts, raisins.

To prepare the dough, combine sour cream, sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Divide the dough into three layers, each of which is baked separately in the oven for 30-40 minutes. If you don't want the top of the layer to burn, line the pan with wet parchment paper. You can also place parchment paper on the bottom of the pan. This will prevent the bottom layer from burning.

To prevent the cake from overcooking on the outside, wrap it in wet baking parchment.

The cream is whipped from boiled condensed milk and melted butter. Then, chopped nuts (any kind you like) and raisins are added to the mixture. Spread the resulting cream over each cake layer and let it soak overnight. It's best to refrigerate your culinary masterpiece. This will allow it to soak much better. In the morning, you'll be able to enjoy a fragrant and delicious dessert you made yourself.

If you want to try this chocolate dessert for New Year's, it's recommended to make it the day before so the treat has time to soak. To prevent the cake layers from becoming dry, you can soak them in juice (choose any).

In a separate bowl, combine sugar, sour cream, eggs, water, baking powder, and flour. These ingredients are then mixed into a dough. Divide the dough into three parts, and bake each one separately in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

After cooling, each cake layer should be generously coated with cream. To make it, whisk together boiled condensed milk, sour cream, and cocoa. Divide the mixture into two portions for the third and second cake layers.

The glaze is prepared in an enamel bowl. First, melt the butter in it. This is done in a double boiler. Add milk, sugar, and cocoa. Bring the heated mixture to a boil and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly. It should thicken.

If possible, make a thin glaze so that you can pour it not only on top of the cake but also on the sides.
