Preparation
Prepare dried fruits a day before baking the cake.
Place all dried fruits and orange zest in a deep bowl.

- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - ½ tsp.
For impregnation and sprinkling:
- Butter (melted) - 50 g
- Powdered sugar - 100-200 g

Step 1
At least 24 hours before making the cake, prepare the dried fruit. Cut it into small pieces, add the zest, and pour the cognac over it. Let the mixture steep for at least 24 hours. Remove any frozen berries from the freezer ahead of time.
