Recipe Tips

  • Depending on your oven, the cookies may need to be baked for a little longer than 30 minutes, until they're nice and crispy. After 30 minutes, I recommend keeping a close eye on the baking process to prevent burning.
  • If you don't use salted butter initially, you can add salt to the flour to your taste. Salt should be added along with the baking powder.
  • While you're preparing the ingredients in the second bowl, you need to mix the butter until it starts to hold a lot of air, becoming nice and fluffy.
