Delicate soufflé with vanilla

Making a soufflé with vanilla
A soufflé, like other sweet confections, isn't so much a hunger-satisfying treat as it is a taste and emotional experience. The delicacy's unique texture and delicate, subtle flavor will captivate both children and adults. Vanilla, which can be added to the cake, significantly enhances the soufflé's flavor.
Making a vanilla-flavored soufflé in your own kitchen is quite simple. Simply use traditional ingredients and add a touch of vanilla. The recipe includes the following ingredients:
- chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
- milk – 0.5 l;
- granulated sugar - 200 g;
- flour – 60 g;
- vanilla sugar - half a teaspoon or vanilla 2-3 g.;
- powdered sugar.
Cooking process
The main task in the preparation process is the cake itself. Adding vanilla will only enhance the flavor of the finished dessert. The cake itself isn't particularly difficult to make and follows the recipe.
To make a vanilla soufflé, separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them with a mixer until thick and fluffy. Thoroughly beat the yolks with sugar, adding flour in small portions and vanilla sugar. Pour warm milk into the mixture and simmer over low heat.
Stir the hot mixture continuously until it thickens, and only then pour it in a thin stream into the egg white foam. Once the two mixtures are combined, pour the resulting dough into the prepared pan and bake in the oven. The oven should be preheated to a high temperature, between 200-250°C.0.
The baking process takes no more than 15-20 minutes. Once the soufflé is ready, remove it from the oven, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and serve it hot. Otherwise, the cake may quickly settle and lose its original, attractive shape.
Soufflé is usually served with cream, a cold milkshake or milk, products that perfectly complement the taste of the cake.
