Condensed milk with sugar150 G
-
Coffee (instant)1 tsp
-
Dark chocolate50 G
-
Vanillin0.25 tsp
-
Vodka120 ml
Measure out the required amount of condensed milk and place it in a saucepan. Add instant coffee and stir well.
After this, heat it over low heat, but don't bring it to a boil. This will take 30 to 60 seconds. You want it to become hot and more liquid. If the coffee doesn't dissolve completely, that's okay. Stir quickly and the granules will be evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
We transfer the condensed milk to the chocolate broken into pieces.
Stir quickly with a spatula until the chocolate melts under the heat of the condensed milk, and the mixture becomes smooth. To speed up the process, use a whisk instead of a spatula.
Now add vanillin and mix everything well again.
Pour in the refrigerated vodka and mix. At first, it may seem like the two ingredients aren't combining to form a single mixture. Don't be alarmed; just keep mixing until you achieve the desired consistency. This will take about 2 minutes.
The alcohol soak is ready. Pour it into a convenient container and store it in the pantry or refrigerator. Before use, dilute it slightly with boiling water and use it to soak the cake layers.
