Today I suggest making express ice cream, without eggs, milk, or a special ice cream maker. It only requires three ingredients, but the treat is in no way inferior to classic ice cream. It has the same smooth texture, delicious flavor, and aroma.
Homemade pineapple ice cream is a combination of creamy, sweet, and tart flavors. The tangy pineapple flavor with tropical notes is perfect for hot summer days.
Moreover, this ice cream is much healthier than commercial frozen desserts. You can make it every day, enjoying its fresh taste.

Place the canned pineapple in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the heavy cream into a deep bowl. The container should be clean and grease-free.
Add powdered sugar. If you don't have this ingredient, you can grind it.
Beat the mixture until fluffy and dense.
Add the pineapple puree to the whipped cream. Stir with a spatula to prevent the mixture from collapsing.
Transfer the creamy pineapple mixture to any convenient container. Place it in the freezer for an hour. Then remove and stir. Repeat this process 4-5 times, every 30 minutes, to prevent ice from forming inside. Let the ice cream set for 2-3 hours.
After the time has elapsed, the pineapple ice cream can be refrigerated. Serve with a sprig of mint.

Adviсe
- Use quality ingredients. When making homemade ice cream, be sure to check that all ingredients are safe to use.
- Temperature of food productsWhen making ice cream, use chilled ingredients whenever possible. Place them in the freezer beforehand or store them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. This is important for churning the ice cream and then freezing it.
- The fatter the better. Choose high-fat cream for homemade ice cream. Low-fat cream often causes ice to form in the ice cream.
- Experiment wiselyIf you use additional ingredients as flavor enhancers, make sure they complement the main product.
- Don't skimp on sugar. Sugar not only adds sweetness to homemade ice cream but also helps achieve its characteristic texture. It makes the ice cream creamy and smooth.
- Selecting a pineapple. You can use either canned or fresh pineapple for pineapple ice cream. Before making ice cream with canned pineapple, drain the juice to prevent the mixture from becoming too runny. Make sure the fresh pineapple is ripe.
Storage
The best way to store pineapple ice cream is in the freezer in an airtight container.
It is not recommended to defrost it frequently after final freezing.
If you are using ice cream as a topping for another dessert, form the mixture into balls first and freeze the ice cream in this form.
