We cut a medium-sized watermelon into convenient slices and extract the pulp from them.
Place the berry pulp in a blender and puree. The resulting yield is approximately 100 ml of freshly squeezed juice.
Strain the resulting juice through a sieve to remove the pulp. If you prefer pulp, you can skip this step.
Add any sweetener to taste. This could be sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
We squeeze literally a teaspoon of lemon juice to give the lemonade its characteristic sourness.
Add water. You can also use any soda. If you're making a larger quantity of lemonade, let it steep for about an hour.
Watermelon lemonade is ready. Enjoy!
