Ingredients
Servings
  • Savoyardi
    12 pcs
  • Creamy cottage cheese
    200 G
  • Whipping cream
    300 G
  • Banana
    2 pcs
  • Milk
    200 G
  • Cocoa powder
    2 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar
    2 tbsp
Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk at room temperature into a bowl, add powdered sugar and cocoa, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Pour the cream into the mixer bowl and beat until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Advice
For the cream to whip well, it must be heavy cream and refrigerated.
Step 3

Add cream cheese to the whipped cream.

Step 4

Beat the cheese and cream again with a mixer at low speed. Beat at low speed to maintain the cream's airiness.

Step 5

Line a tiramisu pan with cling film and begin assembling the dessert. Dip the savoiardi in milk and cocoa and arrange them as the first layer.

Step 6

Then we put out the cream and distribute it evenly.

Step 7

Cut the bananas into slices and place them on the cream.

Step 8

After the bananas, we make another thin layer of cream, then lay out the cookies.

Step 9

After the cookies, we go over them with cream again, then lay out a layer of bananas and spread the cream thinly on top of them and smooth everything out.

Cover the mold with cling film and refrigerate for several hours. This allows the dessert to soak in.

Step 10

Then decorate the tiramisu with the remaining cream and sprinkle cocoa on top. A delicious, sophisticated dessert is ready to serve!

Adviсe

  • If you want your dessert to be sweeter, you can add powdered sugar or sugar syrup to the cream.
  • Don't leave the cookies in the soaking solution for too long, otherwise they will become soggy and negatively impact the texture of the dessert. A few seconds of soaking is enough.
  • If you don't have cocoa at home or don't like this product, you can use grated chocolate for sprinkling on top.

Storage

Tiramisu can only be stored in the refrigerator for a few days, as it contains cream. To do this, place the dish in an airtight container or seal it with plastic wrap. Also, avoid placing it near foods that emit a strong odor.

The dessert can also be frozen. The same rules described above for storing it in the refrigerator apply. To defrost the tiramisu, transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator.

This dessert is sure to delight your family and guests, who won't even recognize it as a restaurant-quality dish. Share in the comments which fruits or berries you like best with tiramisu!
