I present to you the most classic recipe for a fluffy, light meringue frosting, perfect for cake decorating. It can be used to create beautiful, elegant, and intricate designs on cakes.

We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Pour the egg white into a deep bowl, add sugar and vanilla.
Mix the ingredients lightly.
Place the bowl in a water bath and heat the protein mixture, stirring continuously.
Once the mixture is smooth and all the sugar has completely dissolved, remove the bowl from the water bath.
Pour the egg white mixture into the bowl of a mixer. Beat it for 10 minutes at maximum speed.
When our base increases in volume, becomes dense and glossy, turn off the mixer.
Add soft butter to the egg white mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking thoroughly each time.
After adding all the butter, continue to beat the cream for another 5 minutes until smooth.
The cream is ready to decorate a cake or any other baked goods. It holds its shape perfectly, making it perfect for creating various flowers, patterns, and inscriptions.
