Add sour cream and sugar to the bowl with the soft cottage cheese. Then beat everything with a mixer until smooth. You can use ready-made cottage cheese mixture instead of this filling.
Add sugar to the eggs and beat with a mixer until the mixture becomes fluffy and light.
Place the butter in a saucepan, wait until it starts to melt and add cocoaMix the butter and cocoa thoroughly until smooth. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
Grind the nuts.
Add the butter and cocoa mixture to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Next, add the vanilla, a pinch of salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix with a silicone spatula, then add the chopped nuts and beat again until smooth.
Place half of the resulting dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Next, carefully spread the curd mixture on top and smooth it out. Then, place the other half of the dough on top of the curd. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the butter and chocolate. Reduce heat to low and stir constantly, but do not bring to a boil.
The result is a chocolate mass of medium consistency. Let it cool.
Let the finished pie cool and then carefully remove it from the pan.
Before using, beat the chocolate mixture with a mixer. Then spread it on top of the finished pie.
You can also decorate it on top with nuts, fruits, or berries to your taste.
