Carefully remove the zest from the lemons using a knife, peeling the fruit.
Squeeze lemon juice into a glass with mint.
Beat the mixture until the mint is chopped.
Combine sugar and two liters of water in a saucepan. Heat. Then add the lemon peels. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove the saucepan with the lemon syrup from the heat. Add the crushed mint mixture. Bring to a boil again.
Cut the lime into thin slices and add it to the boiling lemon mixture.
Strain the infusion into a decanter. Let the lemonade cool.
Serve with lime wedges and ice.
