Many do drink based on orange or lemon, but lemonade grapefruit with lemon also deserves attention. Like a real citrus fruit, the juice has a pleasant tartness, but at the same time it is more delicate and sweet. Preparation

Carefully peel the grapefruits, removing the peel and white membrane.

Blend the pulp with an immersion blender until smooth. The resulting juice yield is approximately 500 ml.

Strain the juice through a sieve to remove the pulp. If you prefer juices with pulp, you can skip this step.

Cut the lemons in half, remove the seeds and squeeze the juice from each half directly into the grapefruit juice.

Pour in sugar and mix thoroughly.

Pour the juice into a decanter, then add sparkling water. You can also use regular water. Stir and let the lemon steep for about 30-40 minutes.
