Pear lemonade is a unique summer drink. Unlike classic citrus, it has a more delicate and sweet flavor and a pleasant floral aroma. You don't even need sugar for pear lemonade, as the fruit is already sweet enough.
To remove any possible sweetness, add mint or lemon balm and lemon juice. These ingredients impart a pleasant, tart aftertaste, providing that refreshing effect. And even though manufacturers offer a multitude of flavors, there's always one more fruit, berry, or vegetable you can use to make your own.

If summer is the season for experimentation, then I'm definitely in my element. Especially when it comes to refreshing drinks. No kneading dough, no filling, no baking, and no assembly required, but the result is a delicious, invigorating drink that's certainly more popular than the most delicious baked goods in the hot weather.
I've tried many different lemonade recipes, fruit and berry. Some had a pleasant tartness, others a pleasant sweetness, and still others were quite invigorating. On the GastroBrothers channel, I found a recipe for a very smooth and moderately sweet pear lemonade that's a real relief from the heat. Secrets of the Perfect Lemonade
To ensure that your homemade lemonade turns out truly invigorating and delicious, you need to follow a few simple rules when preparing it.
Firstly, the key to a good summer drink is natural ingredients. You can use fresh or frozen berries, vegetables, or fruits, but you must be sure of their quality. It's best to squeeze the base juice yourself, and avoid Tetra Pak or bottled juices.
Lemonade should be prepared in clean containers and poured into a glass decanter. Plastic containers should be avoided, especially if the lemonade is still hot.
Also, be careful when adding ice to the glass to avoid getting a cold throat.
When garnishing, don't overdo the mint, otherwise the menthol flavor will overpower the drink. A few leaves per glass is enough, and a few sprigs for the decanter. In any case, you can always add more mint later to taste.
