In a mixing bowl, crack 3 eggs (whites and yolks). Add a pinch of salt and 200 ml of condensed milk, and whisk until smooth.

Mix the baking powder with the flour and sift it into a bowl in several stages. You can use a spatula to stir the dough at the beginning.

As in other baking recipes, baking powder can be replaced with baking soda dissolved in vinegar or homemade baking powder.
