Pour flour into a deep container.
Add sugar.
Beat in the egg.
Add salt and baking powder.
Pour in the pre-melted butter.
Add the spice mixture, ginger, cinnamon.
Pour in the honey in a thin stream. If the honey is thick, it's best to melt it first in a double boiler.
Mix the mixture thoroughly until smooth. First, mix with a spoon, then with your hands.
The dough should be soft, elastic, and barely sticky. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap or cover with a towel and refrigerate for several hours.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Sprinkle a rolling surface with flour and turn the dough out onto it.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.
Using special molds or stencils, we cut out our future cookies.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
