Place the butter, brown sugar, and salt in a deep bowl, then add the vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients with a mixer.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and baking powder into a bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. Then wrap the dough in parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out using a rolling pin on paper until it reaches a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Take a cookie cutter and use it to press out shapes from the resulting dough.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut out decorative elements—hearts and eyes—from fondant icing. Prepare sugar water by mixing ½ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon water.
Place the elements on the finished cookies and decorate them with icing. It's all up to your imagination.
You can also roll out white icing on the table and use a cookie cutter to cut out little people from it.
Combine the icing men with the cookies, after brushing them with sweet water.
A rounded stick can be used to make indentations that simulate folds.
You will get sweet ghosts.
The dish is ready!
