Preparation

Step 1

Peel the peaches or any other fruits and cut the pulp into small, random pieces.

Step 2

Using a blender, blend the pulp into a smooth puree.

Add sugar to the puree. If you want to reduce the calories, you can omit the sugar or replace it with honey or sweetener. Blend again lightly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Add white yogurt (low-fat is fine) to the puree and set aside.

Step 5

Pour the heavy cream into a deep, clean container and beat with a mixer until soft peaks form.

Step 6

Combine the whipped cream and fruit puree with the yogurt. Stir gently until well combined.

Step 7

Cover the mixture with cling film and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
