Peel the pear, leaving only the pulp.
Cut the pear into equal slices, removing the core and seeds.
Pour three tablespoons of sugar into the pan and spread it over the entire surface.
Place the pear slices in the frying pan, making sure to place the sugar under each slice. Turn the heat to medium.
Once the sugar has melted, add a little butter.
Mix the slices so that all parts are covered in the sugar-cream mixture.
As soon as the slices acquire a golden-amber color, transfer them from the pan to a plate.
