These fluffy cupcakes boast a delicate banana flavor and chocolate chips. They're delicious, soft, and airy. They're quick to make and a sure-fire hit on any table.

In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves.
Pour in vegetable oil – it will give the cake airiness and softness.
Mash the sliced banana with a fork.
Add banana puree and kefir to the egg mixture. Stir.
Pour out the starch.
Sift the flour through a sieve. Add baking soda and vanilla.
Add dark chocolate pieces. Gently stir with a spatula.
Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them 2/3 full. Smooth the tops out slightly and sprinkle chopped chocolate on top, if desired.
We bake the cupcakes at 180 degrees for 20–25 minutes.
Let the finished cupcakes cool to room temperature. Done!
