This is one of the simplest ganache recipes, perfect for smoothing out a cake. This cream is very easy to make at home. It has high stability, durability, and a pleasant taste. Chocolate ganache adheres beautifully to the cake, leaving its surface perfectly smooth and even.

Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat until it boils (but do not boil).
Pour hot cream over the chocolate.
Leave the resulting mixture for 1-2 minutes to melt the chocolate thoroughly.
Stir the chocolate and cream mixture.
Until smooth.
Place the butter in a separate container.
Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath.
In a deep bowl, combine the chocolate mass with melted butter.
Beat the resulting mixture thoroughly.
Until smooth and thickened.
Leave the cream for 10-15 minutes to allow it to stabilize a little.
The thick chocolate ganache is ready. We can begin leveling the cake.
