Prepare the ingredients. Pour boiling water over the raisins and let steep for 10 minutes.
Sift the flour.
Sift the flour. Add sugar, don't forget the baking powder. Mix.
Break the eggs into the dough.
Pour in sunflower oil. Mix until smooth.
Add milk and stir again. The batter will be thick enough to resemble pancake batter.
Strain the raisins and dry them on a paper towel.
Place most of the raisins into the dough and mix.
Transfer the dough into paper cups inserted into metal cups, filling them a little more than halfway. Top with the remaining raisins.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Cool the finished muffins and serve.
