Prepare the ingredients.
Sift the flour, add all the spices, and baking soda. Gently mix the dry ingredients.
Place the butter in a separate container and add all the sugar.
Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
Melt the honey, pour it into the butter mixture and mix everything well.
Add half of the dry ingredients to the resulting mixture and mix everything carefully.
Add the remaining dry ingredients.
Using your hands, knead the dough into a soft, elastic consistency.
Cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of 2 mm and cut out different shapes from it.
Bake the gingerbread treats for 6-7 minutes at 180°C.
