This is a classic recipe for fragrant chocolate chip cookies. They're not only beautiful but also incredibly delicious. These marbled cookies have a delicate center and a thin, crispy crust. These treats make a wonderful accompaniment to coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, and other beverages.

Place soft butter in a deep bowl, add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
Mix the ingredients until smooth. Use a spatula, whisk, or mixer.
Add cocoa powder to the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add eggs and mix the mixture again.
Now add baking powder.
Add the sifted flour a little at a time. Gently mix until you have a soft, smooth dough.
Place the dough in the freezer for 1 hour.
Using your hands, form small balls from the cooled mass.
Each cookie is thoroughly rolled in powdered sugar.
We check that it is evenly distributed over the surface of the dough.
Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes at 180 °C.
When the cookies have set well, serve them.
