One of the simplest and most successful glaze options for Easter cake is a classic egg white glaze. It's very quick to make, and the result is sure to impress with its exquisite taste and appearance.

Egg white1 pcs
-
Powdered sugar180 G
-
Lemon juice0.5 tsp
-
Confectionery sprinkles50 G
Measure out the required amount of ingredients. The egg whites must be cold.
Pour the egg whites into a deep container and begin beating with a mixer.
Keep in mind that the whisking time depends on the freshness of the eggs. Fresh egg whites take longer to whip.
Beat for several minutes at medium speed, then at high speed until a white, stable foam forms.
Gradually add powdered sugar, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, into the egg white mixture. Continue whisking.
Beat until smooth and homogeneous.
Add lemon juice. It will make the mixture snow-white and shiny.
Beat again with a mixer for 10 seconds.
Cover the cooled or slightly warm coulis with a thick layer of glaze. Keep in mind that the glaze dries quite quickly.
Sprinkle confectionery sprinkles on top.
