Add mulberries to the strawberry puree and blend everything again until smooth.
Add honey to the berry mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Prepare the dehydrator. Take a baking pan and line it with silicone-coated parchment paper. This will make the dessert easy to remove from the pan.
Take some of the mixture and spread it evenly over the mold. Repeat this process with all the molds.

There are several conditions that must be met to store pastila for many months. The most important rule is to dry it thoroughly. Proper drying ensures the dessert has a good consistency and prevents mold from developing in the future.
It is also important to choose the right container, which may include:
- Airtight containers. First, wrap the treat in parchment paper, then place it in the container and seal it tightly with a lid.
- Glass jars. Cut the marshmallow into small pieces or roll it into rolls, then place it in a dry, clean container, interleaving the layers with pieces of parchment paper. Then, seal the jar with a plastic lid.
- Wooden or cardboard boxes. Line the bottom with a sheet of parchment paper, and separate each layer with paper.
Pastila should be stored in a dark, well-ventilated area. The ideal temperature is 13-15 degrees Celsius, and humidity should not exceed 60%. I don't recommend storing pastila in the refrigerator, as there's a high risk of it becoming sticky and tasteless.
If you need to store the pastila for a very long time, use the freezer. This way, the dessert will retain its appearance and flavor for more than a year. Defrost it before serving: remove it from the freezer, transfer it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and then leave it at room temperature.
Cook delicious meals in your own kitchen and delight your loved ones with aromatic and mouth-watering dishes. Bon appétit!
