Break an egg into a deep container.
Add sugar.
Add salt and mix the mixture thoroughly with a whisk.
Pour in kefir.
Add vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly again until smooth using a whisk.

Add baking powder and cocoa to the flour and mix a little.
