We begin preparation by beating the cream cheese with a mixer.
Add cream to the softened cheese (optimal fat content is 33-35%)
Add powdered sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar (8 grams). You can also use vanilla extract or vanillin.
Beat the mixture with a mixer at medium speed for approximately 2 minutes until a thick, uniform texture is formed, as in the photo.
