This is one of the simplest recipes for airy mascarpone cream. It's very easy to make at home. This cream pairs perfectly with any cake base, adding incredible tenderness and exquisite flavor to desserts.

We prepare the necessary ingredients.
Place the cooled mascarpone in a deep bowl.
Add condensed milk and vanillin to the mascarpone.
Lightly mix the ingredients using a mixer or whisk.
Pour the well-chilled cream into a tall container.
Beat with a mixer until thick.
Add whipped cream to the cheese mixture in small portions.
Each time, thoroughly mix the mixture using a spatula.
Once all the cream has been added, begin mixing the cream with a mixer at minimum speed.
Once the cream is smooth, turn off the mixer. It's important not to overmix the mixture, as this can cause the cream to separate.
The light mascarpone cream is ready for further use.
